We specialise in sourcing land with potential, including backland, infill, and brownfield sites, while always remaining open to other opportunities. We identify and acquire land and property with strong development potential, from strategic long-term opportunities to sites ready to meet current market demand.

We work with a clear and straightforward process, with all planning and professional costs covered by us:

 

1. We liaise directly with landowners to understand the potential of their land;

2. We assess the site using sophisticated software & viability analysis together with experienced planning consultants, and architects;

3. We agree terms with the landowner through a purchase or option agreement;

4. We manage the planning process, including applications, surveys, and technical assessments;

5. Once planning consent is secured, the increased value of the site is realised by the landowner;

6. Development then progresses either by ourselves or through one of our trusted development partners.

 

For sites that already benefit from planning permission, we can work quickly to acquire the site or introduce suitable developers ready to deliver the scheme.
